LEOPARD AND PINK

So an outfit post has been well overdue and what better way to start than with this lovely leopard tailored coat from the cheap and cheerful Primark. You can never have too many leopard print coats or anything in that matter so I wasn't leaving this one behind even if it's slightly too big, but the more oversized the better.
I may as well live in this Metallica t-shirt from Brandy Melville, I'm constantly reaching for it but I can never resist a band t-shirt. Band t-shirts never fail to look good whether you dress them up or down, their so comfy and a wardrobe must have. If anyone knows of any websites or stores where they have some good band t-shirts, preferably an ACDC top, feel free to leave a comment down below.
I'm pretty sure every outfit post I've done has some sort of Zara bag in it, so why stop this tradition now! I love this Chanel-esque padded chain bag, it actually fits more than just my phone in it, which is a always a positive. I won't have another rant about how I love Zara bags but they are pretty much the only reason I dare to go into the Cardiff store and put up with the terrible customer service so let's just all take a minute to thank Zara for it's wonderful bags.
Another recent addition to my wardrobe are these Vagabond Grace ankle boots that I've already worn to death. If your in need of a new pair of boots then you should definitely have a look at these because they're so comfy to wear and help me look slightly less of a short arse! I may have neglected this Topshop faux fur scarf this winter but I have dragged it back out and love it all over again, its ink and fluffy so what's not to love.
I hope you liked this post and keep an eye out for another post coming soon, feel free to comment down below and head over to my instagram for more updates! (Everything linked below)

2016 FAVOURITES

So it's been a while to say the least and it's been pretty quiet over here but I couldn't not do a 2016 Favourites, there's so many products that I have discovered and loved so I had to mention them! It's been pretty bizarre year and I think everyone will agree with me when I say bring on 2017, and let's hope it's a much better year than 2016! I'm going to jump straight into it with my most likely favourite brand of the year because she never disappoints, I'm of course talking about Charlotte Tilbury. I haven't tried one product and not liked it, she always makes such beautiful products that don't just look lovely but are such great quality products that I know I'll be constantly reaching for. My first product of Charlotte Tilbury's that I love is her Magic Foundation, this is the only high end foundation I've tried and it just works so well for me, it's not cake but is still enough coverage and applies really well. Of course I have to mention at least one of her lovely lipsticks, my new favourite this year has to be her Hot Lips lipstick in the shade Carina's Love. This is such a beautiful red shade and stood out to me out of all the others although lets not lie, I of course picked up more than one shade! Another one of her products that if you haven't tried you definitely should! It's the Eyes to Mesmerise cream eyeshadow in the shade Marie Antoinette, it's such a beautiful bronze shade and Im surprised i haven't already bought the rest of the shades!
There's two favourite eyeshadow palettes this year, I'll start with the one I originally didn't have any slight interest in until I saw the little beauty in store. It's the Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics palette, this palette honestly has all the matte shades you could ever need. It's a Naked palette so you already know the quality of the eyeshadows are going to be great, I've loved having a play with some of these shades and with me it's one or the other...I've either got one soft matte shade on or every glittery, shimmer shade I have. Which brings me straight to my next favourite palette, the Zoeva Nude Spectrum palette. Again a product I'd seen online and 100% was all 'nope I don't need that at all' but it all changed when I saw it in Selfridges! I won't ramble on too much because you've probably all seen it but I have to mention these three shades, ND090, ND080 and ND120. Whenever I reach for this palette it's purely for these three beautiful shades that I completely pack my eyelid with. And have you seen the new Zoeva Caramel Melange palette, I'm trying my utmost best to resist getting this!
A product that I haven't been able to live without is the Hourglass Ambient Lighting palette, this is my little miracle face palette and tragically is now starting to hit the pan, yes it's the end of the world as we know it! The main product I use in this and the one product I cannot live without is the Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light. I use it everyday and there's pretty much only a few crumbs left and I already know I'll be purchasing the full size version even though it it slightly pricey, £40 pricey that is! A new brand I've tried this year and am now questioning why I haven't tried some of their products sooner is Dior, because I now have the God of all highlighters! It's the Dior Skin Nude Air highlighter in the shade Glowing Nude from their lovely Glowing Gardens line, this is such a beautiful highlighter and again it's already hitting the pan! I may have treated myself to a lovely pink blush from the same line, and when a blush looks this pretty how could you not buy it?! I may have treated myself to a Tom Ford lipstick as well this year, as you can see there's been a lot of treats this year! Ok so this is a pricey lipstick but it's just so pretty and lovely and not to mention an amazing lipstick, and I now need about a dozen more, the next shade on my treat list is definitely Casablanca. My favourite perfume this year has been the YSL Black Opium Eau de Toilette and I'm so glad I put this on my Christmas List because my first bottle is completely empty.
As for my 2016 non-beauty favourites I have to start with the prettiest pair of shoes I bought this year and in general, it's these River Island beauties. They're amazing, satin black heels with oriental patterns embroidery, one thing I will say is my feet weren't a massive fan after the blisters that were left on my toes. But I'll overlook this because of how pretty they make my feet look, keep an eye out for an outfit post featuring these very soon! Another fashion favourite this year has been bags but more specifically Zara bags, I just can't seem to stop buying ridiculously small bags from Zara! I honestly don't need any of these bags but they were too cute to resist and so affordable. A magazine favourite this year has been Suitcase magazine that is just so beautiful, the photos in here are amazing not to mention the lovely well written content. They always have such a beautiful photos of all these great places that have now been added to a very long 'Must Visit' list.
Another favourite this year that I was lucky enough to receive as a birthday present is this lovely red Crosley record player. I've been wanting one for so long and it's just such a lovely present to receive and I love having this sit on my desk playing records in the background. Another kind of tech favourite this year has been my Fujifilm Instax Mini Poloroid camera that I got a few years ago but I've started using it again more often this year and remember why I wanted this so much! I love using this and taking it out with me and being able to have a photo instantly and a photo I can actually keep and hold. i'm pretty sure everyone has one by now but if you haven't you should definitely go and get one right this minute!
I hope you enjoyed this post and let me know what your favourite products were from 2016 and fingers crossed for a much better year!
